Day 1 Arrive Nairobi
Welcome to Nairobi! You'll be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Sleep well as tomorrow you travel to Kenya's most famous game park.
Day 2 Nairobi-Masai Mara | Meals: BLD
A light aircraft flight takes you over the Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara, Kenya's most well known game-viewing area. Your luxury tented camp sits alongside the Mara River, with the spacious tents set along winding paths with lush flora. When you're not out on game drives, you might want to sit at one of the observation areas and gaze at the hippos that live in the river. Settle into your luxury tent before heading out on your first game drive.
The luxurious Mara Safari Club is set in the Ol-Choro Oiroua Conservation Area, bordering the Masai Mara Game Reserve, at the foot of the Aitong Hills. Surrounded on three sides by the Mara River, all tents have their own private river frontage, with four-poster beds, verandah, electricity, modern en-suite facilities with hot and cold running water.
The main building, with lounge, bar and dining room is cantilevered over the river.
At the club, the pool, Al Fresco buffet lunches and nightly activities of Maasai dancing, slide shows and talks on the Mara's ecosystem and Maasai culture, all add up to create a truly unique experience.
The camp has 7 double and 43 twin bedded tents accommodating a maximum of 100 guests. Each has netted four poster beds and verandah overlooking the hippo-filled river. The height of luxury in the wild, each tent is superbly furnished and has its own private bathroom with hot and cold water.

Day 3 & 4 Masai Mara | Meals: BLD
The Masai Mara is Kenya's most famous game-viewing area for good reason -- game viewing in this area is simply phenomenal. Be sure to have your binoculars handy on your game drives, as you don't want to miss anything. The plains of the Masai Mara are dotted with several types of antelopes -- like Thomson's and Grant's gazelles, and Coke's hartebeests. You'll find zebra and the distinctive Masai Giraffe, along with thousands of wildebeest. Of course with such a wide range of plains game, predators are never far away and in the Masai Mara you will find not only lion, but cheetah and leopard as well. Bird life is equally as thrilling, as the Mara hosts more than 450 species of birds. Watch for large species like vultures, marabou storks and secretary birds, as well as the colorful lilac-breasted roller, the national bird of Kenya.
